On some occasions, we may need you to update the collaborator access you gave on Shopify for us to be able to make changes to your store.

Here's how you can update your access:
Go to Settings > Users > Roles in your Shopify admin.
Click the “Add Role” button.
Name the role something like “Analyzify Customer Events.”
Scroll down a bit and expand the Store Settings permissions.
Enable the following:
Manage and Add Custom Pixels
View Customer Events
Click Save Role.
Go back to the Users menu.
Select the Analyzify | Solverhood collaborator account.
Click Assign Role, choose the newly created role, and hit Continue.
