How to grant access to GTM?

Adding users to your Google Tag Manager account is simple. You can follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Your GTM Account

Navigate to your GTM account and click on the container name that you wish to grant access.


Step 2: Go to Admin Page

On the top-left side of your screen, select Admin.


Step 3: Click on User Management

Once you are on the Admin page, in the Account column, select User Management.


Step 4: Add a New User

From the top-right corner of your screen, click on the "+" sign and select Add Users.


Step 5: Enter the Email Address

Enter one or more email addresses to send an invite and click on the container you want to give access to under Container Permissions.


Step 6: Edit the Permissions and Finalize the Invite

A side panel will open and here you need to select the Publish permission. When you click on Done, the side panel will disappear. Finally, click on Invite.


Each invited user will receive an invitation to use the container.
